Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. She started her career in supporting roles in the teenage comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). In the following years, she played the role as reporter Willa McPherson on FX's series Dirt. She also played a supporting part in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. She was a part of the young Moira O'Hara during the initial season of FX's American Horror Story, and played Kaylee in the season's third. She voiced Jessie Anderson's character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie was the character she played in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voiced of a variety of characters on the animated comedy series Family Guy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She moved to California with her mother at the age of 10. The family moved around for one year before finally making the move to Mill Valley. Breckenridge was interested in photography, acting, and singing at age 13. Breckenridge moved back to Los Angeles with the help of her mother , who was 15.
